The initiative was dedicated to the modernization of both web and mobile applications, aiming to provide user-friendly and captivating interfaces that would significantly improve the overall user experience. The tool accommodates various user roles, each with distinct functionalities, to promote a more efficient and interactive learning environment.

Conventional systems often do not adequately address the issues of adaptability and user-friendliness, thereby not aligning with the evolving requirements of students, mentors, and administrative staff. Consequently, this results in inefficiencies, reduced engagement, and complications in the coordination of both academic and administrative responsibilities.

  • In-depth interviews and surveys were conducted with students, mentors, dual mentors, and administrative staff to pinpoint their challenges and frustrations with the current learning management systems.

User Roles and Features:

Student: Access the individual dashboard equipped with interactive analytics and activity information. Complete daily log forms with the assistance of a mentor. Submit monthly assessments as part of the training and internship programs. Utilize the leave management section to report absences. Review progress reports and scorecards provided by mentors. 

Dual Mentor: Possess all the features and activities available to a Student user. Conduct theoretical sessions for fellow students. Evaluate assessments submitted by students. Assess clinical training sessions. 

Mentor: A dedicated interactive dashboard designed for mentors, featuring assigned batches and student assessments. Provide feedback on assessment forms, case reflection forms, and examination requirements. Decide on the approval or rejection of leave requests submitted by students. Access the analytics page to monitor the progress of batches, students, and mentors. 

Admin: A specialized interactive dashboard with detailed activity information for assigned batches, students, and mentors. Authorize access to the application. Utilize the analytics page to track the progress of batches, students, and mentors.


Key Insights and Accomplishments:

The project was successfully digitized, transforming a multitude of physical forms into a more interactive and efficient system for students. This transformation led to an enhancement in user satisfaction, with an average client satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5. Furthermore, the project introduced improved communication and collaboration features, which significantly contributed to increased user engagement. The project was completed punctually, guaranteeing client satisfaction and adherence to the established project timelines.
